I've finished all classes and I had a wonderful graduation party on last Friday. I can't believe that I'm going to go back to Japan in 2 weeks. I want to stay here longer and I don't want to say goodbye to my friends who know each other here in U of C. I will miss you all ~~~~
After go back to Japan, I'm going to take usual semester from next spring in Japanese university. I have lots of friends in my university so I can't wait to meet them. Before I go back to university, I have about 3 months off. During the holiday, I'm going to keep on studying English and start studying for TOEIC. My goal is to get over 750 points on TOEIC test by the time I graduate from my university :D It is just goal. I know this is challenging for me but I'll do my best for this goal!!!!
** For Julie and my classmates **
Thank you for everything !! Thanks to you guys, I had a great time in the class.
I always thought why I am in this class. everyday every night I thought so.
All tasks which Julie gave us was so hard for me. I was always nervous in this class.
I was afraid of making mistake. I couldn't work well on literature circle but my team member always helped me and encouraged me to try to do. I really appreciate about that. (Thanks Gabriela, Alison, Lewis !) Julie is the best teacher who I've ever met. I learned a lot from you.
I'm glad to meet all of you, thanks....
Hope we can meet again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Post #5 My impression of Canada
I've stayed in Calgary about three months and a few weeks. For me, it is my first time to visit another country. Actually, I have felt less culture shock than I expected. It is true that I could be used to this Country's lifestyle easily. Diet is not a big problem for me. I've enjoyed Canadian food. I didn't expected that I can have delicious Japanese food here in Canada. I've visited some Japanese restaurant with my friends. It was awesome. Also, I think people in Canada is really nice, kind and generous. Two weeks ago, a bus which I was going to get didn't come over at my bus stop on time and I kept on waiting for the bus for almost 30 minutes!!!(It was so cold outside...) After all, the bus shown up but I was really upset because the driver didn't apologize at all. Nobody didn't complain about that on the bus. I was so surprised. In Japan, everyone thinks that time is important. If buses don't come on time, its a problem. Japanese tend to complain about this kind of fault. LOL I grown up in Japan, so I thought it is normal. This is one of my culture shock in Canada. Anyway, I think it was good to chose Calgary, Canada as my place to study English! I had great three months here.

Post #4 Main quality of success
Having confidence is really important element in order to be successful in life. Confidence must be coming from making effort. If you want to have confidence about something, which you want to attain, you should work hard. Although there are a lot of obstacles, which you would face, people who never miss a beat: never give up, even when they encounter difficulties might achieve their goal. Confidence would back ourselves.

When I interviewed 5 people about success, one of my friends answered that success is to get a positive results. I agree with this idea, however, I think what is more important things is how you can make efforts toward your own goal. I can say nothing is more important than process of effort.

Hello everyone! In this post, I'd like to talk about two way of increasing my vocabulary.
First, I introduce my favorite vocabulary book which helps me to increase my vocabulary to you. It's called DUO. I have used this vocabulary book for 3 years. One of my English teacher in my high school recommended it to me to increase my vocabulary when I was a high school student. There are 560 sentences in this book and you can learn 1600 words from this book. These example sentences are not only practical but funny(sometimes). If you interested in this book(DUO 3.0), you can try it on web site here!
Second, These days, I'm trying the other way to increase vocabulary. I used to look up the meaning in English-Japanese dictionary if I encounter new words which I don't know the meaning. But now I use English-English dictionary. In dictionary, I can also encounter another new words which are used to explain other words. It helps me to expand vocabulary.
